The harbormaster gives these out by hand, one at a time, and each one works once. It runs out an hour after it is issued.

The four groups the harbormaster gave you. Upper or lower case, dashes optional, it makes no difference.

At least 10 characters. A short phrase you will remember beats a clever one you will not.
